The 14u team battled in some crazy heat on Turf fields to take 2nd place in the JP Sports Northern Illinois Summer Sizzler held at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake. They received some pretty sweet Rings!

The 14u team played in the Southern Lakes Softball Memorial Day Tournament. They played some really exciting games and ended up earning 2nd place in the Silver Bracket!

8U wins another championship!

The 8u team is once again victorious. They went 3-0 in their one day tournament earning themselves some more hardware! Great job little ladies!
12U wins NISA end of season tournament

The 12U team capped of a perfect Rec season winning the end of the season tournament by a large margin. Congrats ladies on your Championship.

The 8U Team has won the NISA end of season tournament. This championship win meant that the 8U team finished their entire season without a loss. Way to go girls!
18U Wins Pops Day Championship

The 18U team remains undefeated taking their 2nd straight championship. Their bats were hot racking up huge runs against all of their competitors.
Lady Sting 18U -Blast off into Summer Champs

The Lady Sting 18u team went undefeated in Kenosha to win first place in the Blast off into Summer tournament Championship.
12U takes 2nd in Kenosha

The 12U team earned themselves a 2nd place finish in the Kenosha tournament this weekend. The lost by one run in the 7th inning of the championship game to a very tough team. These girls played fantastic against really tough teams!

About Us

Harvard Lady Sting

New for 2025/2026 we are introducing 8u and 10uFutures teams. These teams will hold walk-ons to ultimately gauge interest. The plan will be for the 8u teams to participate in recreational league play.
and also compete in all-star/ C-level tournaments to get an entry level feel for the tournament level of play.

The 10u Futures team will not participate in league play but will participate in friendlies (scrimmage games) against similar skilled teams. This team will participate in more tournaments and events throughout the year,

The competitive travel teams hold tryouts in Late July - Early August for positions on their teams. Fees are some of the lowest in the area at approximately $900.00

Fundraising is available to help cover the cost of fees and players may also obtain sponsors. In addition, payment plans are available.

In the 2025-2026 Season competitive travel teams will participate in events ranging from fall tournaments, indoor dome tournaments, whiffle tournaments and a full summer season.

Competitive travel teams will also participate in Nationals.

Indoor Practices are generally held in one of the Harvard Dist. 50 School gymnasiums

Outdoor Practices and HOME games are held at Milky Way Park in Harvard

We are a non-profit organization that is run entirely by very dedicated volunteers. We rely heavily on sponsorships and donations.
